The right nutrition is especially important for me. It gives me enough energy for training and supports my muscles during regeneration. Balanced and healthy means much more than just eating salad.

The basic rule is that your diet should be based on the macronutrients. Macronutrients are carbohydrates (including sugar), proteins and fats. Aligning one's diet to the nutrients, one can eat enough delicious things that protect the body, especially the muscles, before, during and after training and at the same time avoid putting on unnecessary fat.

A lot of drinking during exercise is very important

Drinking also plays a very important role. You should definitely drink a lot of water, even more on training days than on non-training days. I recommend drinking 2.5 litres of water on non-workout days and an additional one litre per hour of exercise.

Here you can see that there is a difference between training days and days when you take a break. It is good to adopt different habits both in water supply and nutrition. For example, you should eat a little more on training days than on your free days, as the body can only achieve optimal results if it has enough fuel, i. e. energy.

This topic is a bit more complicated and so I can only recommend these videos to you, because you can watch them again and again to know what is important for your body at the end of the day.

Naturally, the area of nutrition needs a lot of time, just like training. Especially if you are still at the beginning of your fitness lifestyle and will change your diet.

Nothing happens overnight, take your time to try things out and always listen to your body to get a sense of what's good for him. With patience and continuity you will achieve the best results!
