The Perfect Symmetry - perfecting your body

The Perfect Symmetry is the new workout series with the athletes Fitnessoskar, Patrick Teutsch, Michael Schmidt, Andre Merzdorf & Eugen Markov.

Each of these athletes will show you a muscle section on a certain training day how they train it.

STEP 1: INTRO

Quality instead of mass - an aesthetic appearance

The workout series is all about the perfect symmetry, as the name suggests. The thickest arms, the widest shoulders or the heaviest weight are not primarily the target.

Symmetry plays an important role in fitness and bodybuilding. Symmetry is just as much a criterion for evaluation as the muscle mass itself. Especially in a competition, it is judged whether your muscles are built up to each other and have the same volume. A good symmetry simply looks even better.

A healthy balance is not only positive for the external appearance, but also important for the training itself. Asymmetrical force ratios can also cause pain and wear and tear.

Turn your weaknesses and deficits into your strengths

Many things are genetically predisposed, i. e. you cannot change the symmetry completely. What you can do is to build up weaknesses and change the muscle proportions by different tricks and training changes. The athletes show you what is important in training and how they train to prevent deficits and build up uneven muscles you can see in our new workout series "The Perfect Symmetry".

No 100% body symmetry possible

One thing I'm going to say. No body is 100% symmetrical. The genetic predisposition makes it virtually impossible for our two halves of the body, if one thought that we would halve the body exactly in the middle, to look one hundred percent the same. With a larger asymmetry of the musculature one should not stick the head in the sand and look straight ahead. The symmetry can be further developed and optimized to a certain extent.
