Trainingplan: 3 Day Split

3 Day Split means that you train three times a week. It is not for sure if one can say, that a 3 Day Split is for beginners. Generally splitting the training and the muscleareas is a common thing within those with experiences.

How does a 3 Day Split Trainingplan look like?

Even for a 3 Day Split one should have basic knowledge and training experience. Compared to a 4 and 5 Day Split, one has more time for regeneration instead of overtraining. A 3 Day Split is not often used by those with trainingexperiences and profis, because they are used to train with high loads and varied incentives during varied excercises.

For more training in the week, for example with a 3 Day or 4 Day Split, the training can be managed the way, that the excercises specialize on certain muscles with varied excercises.
