ACTIVITIES BESIDES SPORTS

I spend a lot of time in the web, I keep my followers updated on my facebook profile and post fitnessvideos on YouTube. Graphic design is one of my hobbies/profession.

WHY DID YOU START BODYBUILDING?

I was very thin and lanky because I had to take Ritalin in my childhood and never had appetite. My childhood in Isreal was pretty bad, I was bullied at school. At one point I decided to break out of all this and start working out.

WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENTS IN SPORTS?

My biggest achievement is that I reach thousands with my videos and social media posts. They receive insights in my life and are hopefully motivated to work out more, This is a hughe honor and confirmation that fulfills my life.

WORKOUT SPLIT

I work out freestyle and hence don't have a precise plan. However, I stick to basics such as Push-Pull-Legs-Core.

YOUR TIPS FOR A SHREDDED BODY?

  1. Train intuitively.
  2. Listen to your body, not to others or a too strict plan.
  3. Concentrate on your workout. "Muscle-mind"-connections during the workout help you to improve your concentration. Through this, motor units are generated which are visible through a better feeling during the workout. In my view this results in a better muscle growth.
  4. Know when you should pause or when you should do on 'Overload'. It is a balancing-act and pretty difficult to find a happy medium.
  5. Never give up and never fear to fail. There is always a way to the top and once you fall, you have to get up again.

HOW DOES YOUR DAILY NUTRITION LOOKS LIKE?

I prefer low carb, high protein and high fat. Thats the diet form i like and that allows me to move forward, even after 8 years training. As a natural bodybuilder it gets preatty hard to rech new goals.
